What’s Britain got to do with anything? It’s clearly an American advert. Hence the American actors and the use of $ not £.

Inapproprate to play while little kids may watching, but still pretty funny. If it ran during TV-14 or TV-MA-rated shows after 11:00 at night, it might be considered acceptable. Still, it’s pretty funny.
